Terms of Use

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Site and its contents, including essays, frameworks, and other materials, are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, investment, or other advice, and you should not rely on them as such.

Using the Site, or submitting the contact form, does not create any advisory, consulting, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and Jyhad Aamri or Mosaic Singularity. Any engagement is established only through a separate, written agreement.

The Site and all of its contents, including text, design, graphics, and logos, the names and marks 'Jyhad Aamri' and 'Mosaic Singularity', and named methodologies such as the Decision Blindspot Index and the Judgment Erosion Map, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view the Site for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the contact form to transmit spam, advertising, or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Introduce malware or any other harmful code.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the Site, and you grant us the right to use that information to respond to and manage your inquiry. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the contact form. Any unsolicited ideas or materials you submit are provided to us on a non-confidential basis.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, and published works provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

The Site and all content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Mosaic Singularity, Jyhad Aamri, or our affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mosaic Singularity, Jyhad Aamri, and our affiliates and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date above. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
